Refund policy

Hello, and thank you for your purchase. 

If your coffee beans arrive and don't fit your order, we will replace them within two weeks of the purchase date. The volatile nature of coffee makes it imperative that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered, please email us with a photo of the product you received, so we can replace it with the correct item.
For gift boxes, equipment, and merchandise, we allow a 14-day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. Shipping charges may apply.
Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s).
If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
