How do I track my order?

Please check the email that was provided when the order was placed. Confirmation and tracking information will be sent to that email address. If the confirmation and tracking information was not received, please check your spam folder. Still not there? Contact help@zazacoffee.com so we can help.

How do I make changes to my subscription?

To make changes to your Zaza Amigos Coffee Club subscription, please log in to your account from the home page of zazacoffee.com.

How do I log in for the first time or create an account?

To create an account or log in for the first time, please click the log in link on the home page of zazacoffee.com. Next, click the "create an account" link and sign up utilizing the same email you placed the coffee order with.

Can I cancel my subsciption at any time?

Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account log in at zazacoffee.com or by emailing help@zazacoffee.com.
