SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Shipping is completed by FedEx. Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses is unavailable at this time.


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email or text message confirmation upon ordering. You need to enter your choice of contact so that you may receive a confirmation and track your order. Sometimes these emails can end up in the Spam folder, so please be sure to check there as well. We highly recommend utilizing FedEx Delivery Manager to track your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DAMAGES
Zaza Coffee, LLC is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. We ask that you please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
